A lot of the writing I do is about pretty serious and complicated subject matter. This morning I did an interview on equalization payments and fiscal reorganization for an upcoming story in Canadian Business. On Monday, I went to a Bay Street lunch about strategies for financial literacy for a story at iPolitics.ca. A couple weeks ago, iPolitics had me writing about stock market mergers.
Are you still with me? Wake up!
But sometimes I get to do things that are pure joy and silliness. This assignment for Cottage Life, which appears in the April issue, is one such story. Take a peek inside Debbie Latter’s eclectic cottage where she spends her summer months with Elvis, Dr. Seuss characters and knights and dragons.
